RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- In case you are not satisfied with the product or would like a different size, kindly write to us at email@example.com, within 7 days from the date of Delivery. No exchange or return is applicable on items purchased on discount or as part of any special offer.
- Minizmo would only accept the products that are in good condition with all tags and packaging in place. Minizmo would not accept products that have been altered by the consumer in any manner or have been washed.
- The exchange/return can be processed by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Name, Number, Order ID with the reason of return/exchange and the bank details in case of cash on delivery payment. Alternatively, the customer can reply to their order confirmation e-mail with the above mentioned details.
- In case of returns, the company will refund the entire amount minus a nominal delivery charge. This would be processed once the garment is received back at the warehouse.
- For debit card/ credit card and net banking payments, it would take up to 3-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending upon the bank once the product is received back. Minizmo credits would be issued within 3 working days and can be used to make purchases from Minizmo.com. For Cash on Delivery payments, money would be transferred to the customers bank account within 7 working days post receiving the product at our warehouse
- The orders that are placed with Minizmo credits, the refund amount would be transferred to the Minizmo credits account.
- Minizmo.com would not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising from incorrect input done by the customer. It is the complete responsibility of the consumer to provide accurate information.
- Kindly pack and seal the products carefully. Write the address: Cloteq Apparels Pvt Ltd, C1-2742 Sushant Lok- 1, Next to Paras Hospital, Gurgaon- 122002 Also, mention the return ID on the package.
Cancellation and replacement
- Replacement can only be done if the product is available in the stock. Once the replacement request has been confirmed, our team would start the replacement process. An email/sms would be sent for the same.
- If you receive a wrong product, you can raise a replacement request at email@example.com
