- Kindly return the unused items with the price tags within a month from the date of purchase. The returns are not applicable for made to measure garments but are accepted for ready to wear products.
- Minizmo would only accept the products that are in good condition. Torn garments would not be accepted. Minizmo would not accept products that have been altered by the consumer in any manner.
- The returns can be done by logging into Minizmo Account. Reverse pickup would be done by the company wherever it is possible. However, in case of extreme circumstances, the customer would be asked to send the product with a reliable courier in case the reverse pick up facility is not available in their location. The customer would be reimbursed in the form of Minizmo credits towards the shipping cost for a maxiumum amount of Rs. 200.
- In case of returns, the company can refund the entire money or issue Minizmo credits, as per the customer’s choice. The process of refund/ Minizmo credits will be done after the company receives the product at the warehouse.
- For debit card/ credit card and net banking payments, it would take upto 3-5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending upon the bank. Minizmo credits would be issued within 3 working days and can be used to make purchases from Minizmo.com.
- The orders that are placed with Minizmo credits, the refund amount would be transferred to the Minizmo credits account.
- Minizmo.com would not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising from incorrect input done by the customer. It is the complete responsibility of the consumer to provide accurate information.
- Kindly pack and seal the products carefully. Write the address: Warehouse address. Also, mention the return ID on the package.
- Alterations: Please inform within 10 days of receiving the order if you require any alteration on the garment.
Cancellation and replacement
- Replacement can only be done if the product is available in the stock. Once the replacement request has been confirmed, our team would start the replacement process. An email/sms would be sent for the same.
